Effective August 23, 2010, the hourly rate has been increased to $125.00 for residential services and $150.00 for business services. All services are billed at a minimum of one hour.

After you call and explain the problem, we will determine whether your computer needs to come back to our shop for repairs. Depending on the problem, it may just be a simple fix at your location or a lengthy malware scan back at the lab.
